  • An exquisite Edwardian Sapphire and Pearl brooch. A square-cut faceted sapphire weighing 17 points has been set in rich 15ct yellow gold, with a milgrain border. Surrounding this beautiful sapphire is a row of split seed pearls finished again with a milgrain border. A rare and unique Edwardian brooch. Size: 71mm x 12mm, weight: 5.8g.   • A beautiful 1930`s Trifari brooch. A gold plated spray brooch, studded with clear rhinestones individually mounted in a closed back rub over setting. Each rhinestone frond features a twisted rope finish, which adds texture as well as extra sparkle to the piece. These rhinestone fronds alternate with metallic blue fronds, creating a gorgeous combination of depth and sparkle. This brooch is signed Trifari and is an original piece of vintage costume jewellery.   • A distinctive Art Deco Aquamarine brooch. A rectangular-shaped Aquamarine weighing 2ct has been set in 9ct white gold. This scissor-cut aquamarine has excellent clarity and a beautiful colour. Set to either side of the gemstone are white gold geometric shoulders, with the reverse of the brooch being made from 9ct yellow gold. A classic piece of Art Deco jewellery.   • A timeless Edwardian Cameo brooch. This beautiful cameo has been carved from a single Cornelian shell. These shells have a white marble-like layer and a darker layer, typically brown. Allowing a master carver to create an image in fine detail with a contrasting background. This meticulously carved cameo is mounted in a 9ct yellow gold setting featuring a single twist rope border. On the reverse of this cameo is fitted a hinged bail, allowing it to be also worn as a pendant. Size: 44mm X 35mm, weight: 12.3g Period: Victorian ( 1837 – 1901 ).
  • An intricate Art Nouveau scroll brooch. A central oval-cut Garnet weighing 1.12ct has been set in 9ct yellow gold, with a milgrain finish around the setting edge. Extending from either side of this Garnet is split seed pearl-studded foliate culminating with two bright and lively peridots. A very pretty brooch. Size: 34mm x 16mm, weight: 2.5g.   • A very pretty Victorian Garnet scroll brooch. Three Garnet gemstones have been set diagonally in 9ct yellow gold and finished with milgrain detailing.   • A very pretty Victorian Ruby and Pearl brooch. Cabochon cut rubies with a combined weight of 2.4ct alternating with split pearls have been set in 9ct yellow gold. These rubies have excellent clarity and have been highly polished, as a result they are bright and lively. A most desirable brooch. Size: 23mm in diameter, weight: 4.7g each.   • A very pretty Edwardian Topaz bar brooch. A round cut Topaz gemstone weighing 58 points has been set using a bezel setting, which is finished with a milgrain border. Two split pears orbit around this central Topaz, with split pearl detailing to either side, finishing in scroll finals. A fine example of Edwardian craftsmanship. Size: 54mm x 13mm, weight: 3g.   • A meticulously crafted Art Nouveau bird brooch. Made from rich 15ct yellow gold, a small bird is perched on a branch is framed inside a wishbone.  This brooch is fitted with a safety chain and contains hallmarks for Chester 1890.   • An impressive Art Nouveau sterling silver brooch. This hand-made brooch depicts the profile of a young woman wearing a flamboyant hat, decorated with roses and foliage. The safety pin to the rear has been mounted at an angle that allows an uninterrupted view. A lovely brooch which is very representative of its period. Made in Birmingham, circa 1900.   • A unique and rare Art Deco Flower Brooch. Two delicate and intricate roses have been hand carved from celluloid. These pale yellow roses are fixed to a marcasite studded sterling silver stem.   • A breathtaking giardinetti basket pendant. The basket and rope twist handle is made from rich 14ct yellow gold, with the basket being studded with nineteen round cut diamonds, which sparkle beautifully. The basket is filled with a profusion of diamond, sapphire and ruby flowers. Together with emerald leafs and diamond buds. All of the gemstones used in this giardinetti basket are very well matched, with each one having excellent clarity and colour saturation. This exquisite piece can be worn as either a pendant or a brooch.   • A meticulously crafted Edwardian split pearl brooch. This rich 15ct yellow gold bar brooch features a bow as the central motif. At the centre of the bow is fixed a single seed pearl, which is surrounded by graduated split seed pearls. These graduated split seed pearls also extend the full length of the brooch which culminates in two cylindrical finals, topped with split pearls. Split pearl jewellery was very popular during the Edwardian period and is seen as indicative of the era. This brooch is both an elegant and a desirable piece of fine antique jewellery.
