Is Each Item Gift Wrapped ?

Each item of jewellery is presented in one of our signature jewellery boxes. If you require your purchase(s) to be gift wrapped, simply tell us in the “Order Notes” section on our check out form. Or you can email us after you made your purchase and quote your order number. This order number can be located in your confirmation email which you will have received after your purchase was completed. This gift wrapping service is free of charge for our customers.

Which Payment Method Do You Accept ?

Paypal is a secure and reliable service for purchasing products online. It is also very popular with over 100 million people using it to buy goods and services online. It is for this reason that we use Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal can still handle your debit or credit card to complete your transaction.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order ?

Here at Carus Jewellery we process and ship all orders within one working day.

Can I Track My Order ?

Yes you can track your order by filling out our Track Order Form . You will need your order number, which can be located in the confirmation email that you received after completing your purchase. You will also need the email which was used during checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally ?

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Each order is dispatched by standard mail within one working day, if you require an express delivery service please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I choose which address to ship to ?

Yes, you can choose a different address to your billing address for us to ship to if you wish. Simply state which address you wish on the checkout form. The shipping address by default is billing address unless otherwise stated.

What Is Your Returns Policy ?

Here at Carus Jewellery we offer a 14 day returns policy, during which you may return your item for any reason and your payment will be refunded in full. For more information please see our full returns policy.

Do You Re-Size Rings ?

Yes, here at Carus Jewellery we offer a ring re-sizing service. Re-sizing normally takes five to ten working days, depending on the number of orders we are processing. Due to the different styles and variations in antique and vintage rings, each ring must be assessed individually to determine how many sizes it can be increased or decreased by. So if you are interested in a specific ring and it needs to be re-sized for you please feel free to contact us.  The first ring re-sizing is offered free of charge for each ring purchased.
