Here at Carus Jewellery, we offer a 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because we understand that from time to time people may change their mind after purchasing an item. Within this 14 day period a full refund will be issued, subject to the conditions below

• The buyer must contact us by email, stating that they wish to return an item(s).
• The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days.
• The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The item(s) must be accompanied by its receipt.
• The refund will only be made to the original purchaser and not to a third party.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one working day.
