Here at Carus Jewellery we are delighted to offer free shipping worldwide on all purchases. All orders are delivered by registered post and each item is fully insured by Carus until it is delivered. All orders are dispatched within one working day. Normal delivery times are as follows :

  • Ireland – 2 to 3 working days
  • International Deliveries – 3 to 7 working days

Returns Policy

As part of our commitment to excellent customer service. Here at Carus Jewellery, we offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because we understand that from time to time people may change their mind after purchasing an item. Carus Jewellery will pay for the cost of the return shipping.

Within this 30 day period a full refund will be issued, subject to the conditions below

  • The buyer must contact us by email, stating that they wish to return an item(s).
  • The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days.
  • The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item(s) must be accompanied by its receipt.
  • The refund will only be made to the original purchaser and not to a third party.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, your refund will be processed within one working day. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card / visa card or original method of payment. Please note, that we cannot refund the purchase price to a third party or to a different method of payment other than the original payment method.
