An exquisite 1920`s Sapphire and Diamond ring. An oval cut Sapphire gemstone weighing 1ct has been set in platinum using a bezel setting. This Sapphire has excellent clarity and intensity of colour, making it bright and lively as it catches the light. It is surrounded by 10 old-cut diamonds which have a combined weight of 1ct. They are set using a bezel setting, which gives a beautiful scalloped edge finish. The band and underside of the top section are made from 18ct yellow gold.
