Allowing a master carver to create an image in fine detail with a contrasting background. This meticulously carved cameo is mounted in a 9ct yellow gold setting featuring a single twist rope border. From which are suspended two smaller oval cut Amethyst gemstones connected by seed pearl-studded elongated links.
