  • A handcrafted Art Nouveau amethyst pendant necklace. Round cut amethyst gemstones along with round cut pieces of mother of pearl are mount in individually raised rub over settings. These raised settings are in turn set in a silver floral open framework panel. This panel is completed with a mother of pearl teardrop suspended from the bottom. The reverse of this panel is engraved with floral motifs, which were indicative of the Art Nouveau era. A rare and unique piece of antique jewellery.   • An elegant Edwardian cameo brooch. This beautiful cameo has been carved from a single Cornelian shell. These shells have a white marble like layer and a darker layer, typically brown. Allowing a master carver to create this image of a beautiful lady in fine detail with a contrasting background. On the back of the cameo a natural discrepancy can be seen and also felt, which authenticates this cornelian shell. This precisely carved cameo is mounted in a rich 15ct yellow gold setting featuring a double row of twisted ropes. This exceptional cameo can be worn as a pendant as well as a brooch.   • A highly decorative Victorian tortoiseshell pique brooch. Pique was a technique that used gold and silver to inlaid a decorative pattern. It was first introduced in Italy during the 1600s, but reached its heyday in the mid-1800s. The front of this tortoiseshell brooch is in perfect condition. However, there is a chip to the rim at the back of this brooch as can be seen in the photo. This chip cannot be seen from the front of the brooch when worn.
